Treatments

Full-arch reconstruction on four or six implants with fixed teeth fitted the same day, single implants, implant-retained and removable dentures. Then check-ups with oral cancer screening, hygiene and periodontal care, fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, extractions and wisdom teeth, veneers, composite bonding, whitening and Invisalign. A first visit gathers radiographs, clinical photographs and an intra-oral scan; complex plans come back as a written report, and Denplan membership is available.

Scanners and a laboratory on site

A Trios scanner replaces impression trays, and CBCT gives three-dimensional planning for implant placement and buried wisdom teeth. The dental laboratory sits in the building, so restorations are made in-house — which is what allows a full arch to be fitted the day the failing teeth come out.

The team

Mohsin Patel carries the oral surgery and implantology. Hannah Wilson holds a diploma in dental sedation and is an SAAD-accredited sedation mentor, after starting in the oral surgery, sedation and paediatric departments of Newcastle Dental Hospital. James David, a dentist with special interest in endodontics and a distinction-graded MSc, takes referred root canal retreatments. Vinay Mistry came through hospital oral surgery, Roma McNeil looks after children and nervous adults, and Melanie Joyce, dual-qualified in hygiene and therapy, lectures nationally and grades disease risk on a traffic-light scale.

Frequently asked questions

Must I go without teeth after extractions? No: a fixed bridge goes onto four or six implants the same day, using work from the clinic’s own laboratory.

Is treatment available on the NHS? Care here is private; the clinic’s NHS profile records that new NHS patients are not being taken for routine care.

What if I cannot face treatment awake? Intravenous sedation with midazolam follows a separate sedation assessment; a responsible adult must accompany you and take you home by car or taxi.
